Marc has 15 years of experience working in the Contract Administration industry. He gained valuable experience working for MTO prior to entering the private sector, where he spent the last several years leading a CA business successfully delivering projects of varied scale & scope across Ontario. Marc founded BuildWell motivated by creating an inclusive environment & delivering quality services.
Chris worked for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario for over 10 years, where he managed the construction & maintenance program in Toronto & York. He then joined a leading engineering consulting firm, where for over 4 years he successfully led a Contract Administration & Inspection business of up to 60 team members. Chris has managed projects over $100M in the busy area of Central Ontario.
Mike has over 5 years of Municipal Contract Administration and Inspection experience working in the City of Ottawa. Prior to this, he gained valuable Ministry of Transportation experience, working on various highway construction projects across Eastern Ontario. Mike also brings digital expertise to BuildWell, helping to build upon our innovative culture.
Glen is a Senior Contract Administrator and has over 20 years of freeway, road and bridge construction and rehabilitation experience which he gained as both a contractor and as a consultant. Glen has worked on over 35 projects as a PM or CA during his career, including projects as large as $1+ Billion. Glen brings knowledge and experience of working on construction projects all across Canada.
